BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 961

DECLARING SATURDAY, 28 FEBRUARY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ESCALANTE, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, Saturday, 28 February 2015, marks the commemoration of the Charter Day anniversary of the City of Escalante, Negros Occidental;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Escalante, Negros Occidental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Saturday, 28 February 2015, as a special (non-working), day in the City of Escalante, Negros Occidental.
