BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 962

DECLARING MONDAY, 2 MARCH 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LA UNION

WHEREAS, Monday, 2 March 2015, marks the commemoration of the 165" Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of La Union;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of La Union be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do

hereby declare Monday, 2 March 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of La Union.
