MALACANANG. , ManiJa ..~ BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHIUPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 963 CREATING AND DESIGNATING THE ROBINSONS METRO BACOLOD BUILDING SITUATED ALONG ARANETA STREET, BARANGAY OF SINGCANG, CITY OF BACOLOD, ISLAND OF NEGROS, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUILDING PURSUANT TO REPUBUC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBUC ACT NO. 8748 .Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate as "Information Technology Building, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions Nos. 00-411 and 05-391 dated 29 December 2000 and 26 October 2005 respectively, of the PEZA Board of Directors, the Robinsons Metro Bacolod Building, which stands on a 10-square meter lot, more or less, located along Araneta Street, Singcang, Bacolod City, as defined by the following technical descriptions: "LOT 452-C (LRC) PSD-13171 T-276408 A parcel of land (Lot 452-C of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-13171, being a portion of Lot 452 of the Cadastral Survey of Bacolod, LRC (GLRO) Cad. Record No. 55, situated in the Barangay of Singcang (formerly within the territorial boundary of Barangay Tangub), City of Bacolod, Island of Negros. Bounded on the tE., SE" and SW., points 2 to 4 to 1 by Lot 452-D of the subdivision plan and on the NW., points 1 to 2 by Lot 452-B (Service Road) of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 28 deg. 43'W., 469.07 m. from B.L.L.M. 10, Bacolod Cadastre; thence to point 2; N. '54' E., ~ -+- I- 6d"eQ~--i to point 3; 07'.E., i to point 4; 23 deg-, 54W., + 66 deg. 07'W., 100.00 m. N. to the point of; o~. 1!,~!Ii~III!~~ beginnil')g; containing an area of TEN THOUSAND (10,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground bfP.S. cyl. cooc. mons. 15x60 011., declination 1 deg. 20' E., date of the original survey, March 1913 -March 1914 and that of the subdivision survey, June 7 to June 11, 1960."
