BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 964

DECLARING SATURDAY, 20 JUNE 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 20 June 2020, Saturday the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its 73" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 20 June 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
