Beginning at point marked "1" on plan, being S. 17-56' W., 4141.90 m. from B.L.L.M. 1 (now) Municipality of Silang, thence: S. 820 53" E., S. 140 27" W., N. 720 18" W., N. 140 34" E., 2.96 m. to point 2; 120.51 m. to point 3; 3.19 m. to point 4; 119.95 m. to the point of beginning, containing an area of THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY EIGHT (368) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground; bearings true; declination 0-32' E.; date of survey, June 21-24, 1947, January 4, 6, and 11, 1949. These partels of land were surveyed in accordance with existing laws, rules and regulations during the Cadastral Survey Cad. 452-0, Silang Cadastre a,pproved on May 20, 1982. The area reserved for the Government site purposes of Municipality of Silang, Province of Cavite, shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared alienable under the provisions of Public Land Act or by proclamation of the President.
