BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 965

DECLARING MONDAY, 22 JUNE 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 22 June 2020, Monday, the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, will mark its 51S Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 22 June 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
