BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 966 DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 16, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN'THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVOTAS, METRO MANILA WHEREAS, Monday, January 16, 2006, marks the foundation day anniversary of the Municipality of Navotas, Metro, Manila; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Ml,Jnidpality of Navotas, 'Metro Manila, be given fuH opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their munidpallty~~.history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
