BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 966

DECLARING TUESDAY, 23 JUNE 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 23 June 2020, Tuesday, the City of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte, will mark the celebration of its 13" Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public

health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 23 June 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte.
