PROCLAMATION NO. 967

DECLARING FRIDAY, JANUARY 20, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, Friday, January 20, 2006, marks the 4 MALATARLAK FESTIVAL of the City of Tarlac that will showcase their City’s unique beauty and splendor;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of

Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, January 20, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
