DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 1997, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF APAYAO
WHEREAS, Friday, February 14, 1997, marks the 2nd Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Apayao;
WHEREAS, the people of Apayao should be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, February 14, 1997, as a special day in the Province of Apayao.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 12th day of February in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-Seven.
