BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 968

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 01 JULY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, on 01 July 2020, Wednesday, the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac, will mark the celebration of its 145" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Moncada be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 01 July 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac.
