BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 97

DECLARING TUESDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 22 November 2016, marks the 43" Founding Anniversary of the Province of Sultan Kudarat;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sultan Kudarat be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 22 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Sultan Kudarat.
