PROCLAMATION NO. 970

DECLARING MONDAY, 18 AUGUST 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 18 August 2025, Monday, the City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 78° Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 18 August 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato.
