PROCLAMATION O.971 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 18, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN SANTA ROSA CITY, LAGUNA WHEREAS, Wednesday, January 18, 2006, marks the 214t11 Foundation' Day anniversary of Santa Rosa City, Laguna; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Santa Rosa City, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, January 18, 2006, as special (non-working) day in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
