BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 975 DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2006 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CANDELARIA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON WHEREAS, Thursday, February 2, 2006 marks the anniversary of the arrival of Nuestra Senora De La Candelaria; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Candelaria, Province of Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality's history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, February 2, 2006 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Candelaria,.
