BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 977

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 15 JULY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION

WHEREAS, on 15 July 2020, Wednesday, the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) will mark the celebration of its 33" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the CAR be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 15 July 2020, a special (non-working) day in the CAR.
