DECLARING SATURDAY, 14 MARCH 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PASSI, PROVINCE OF ILOILO
WHEREAS, Saturday, 14 March 2015, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Passi, Iloilo:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Passi, lloilo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Saturday, 14 March 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Passi, Province of Iloilo.
