PROCLAMATION NO. 978

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 15 JULY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALABANGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, on 15 July 2020, Wednesday, the Municipality of Calabanga, Province of Camarines Sur, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Calabanga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 15 July 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Calabanga, Province of Camarines Sur.
