DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 18 MARCH 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE

18 March 2015, marks the commemoration of the 114" Foundation Day anniv

ersary of the Province of Masbate;

WHEREAS it is but fitting Masbate be given full opportunit with appropriate ceremonies.

hereby declare Wednesday, 18 March 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Masbate.
