MAlACAN Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 98 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 2, IN PASAY CITY 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY WHEREAS, Wednesday, December 2, 1992, marks the Foundation Anniversary of pasay City; WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of pasay City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 2, 1992, as a special day in pasay City.
