BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 98

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 23 November 2016, the Province of Benguet will celebrate iis 416" Foundation Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Benguet be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the Presideni, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 23 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
