• MALf\i:;ANANG .Manila' /AFi\J .y I BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 980 CREATING AND DESIGNATING AN EXISTING BUILDING LOCATED ALONG UNITED STREET, MANDALUYONG CITY, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUILDING HENCEFORTH TO BE KNOVVN AS THE EDSA CENTRAL IT CENTER 2 PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Building, subject to the provisions of Republic Act NQ. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 05-337 dated 9 September 2005, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), an existing building which was established on two parcels of land located along United Street, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, and henceforth to be known as the EDSA Central IT Center 2 containing an aggrgate area of TEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY (10,440) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions: TCT 28539 lot C-5-A-l Psd-22544 A parcel of land (Lot C-5-A-1, of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-22544, being a portion of Lot C-5-A, described on 1.,lan Pds-42870, L.R.C.
