BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 280

DECLARING SATURDAY, 28 MARCH 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF. LICAB, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Licab, Nueva Ecija, marks the

commemoration of its Foundation Day anniversary on Saturday, 28 March 2015;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Licab, Nueva Ecija be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Saturday, 28 March 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Licab, Nueva Ecija.
