BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 981

DECLARING TUESDAY, 24 MARCH 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TABACO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 24 March 2015, marks the citihood anniversary of the City of Tabaco, Province of Albay;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tabaco be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO lll, do hereby declare Tuesday, 24 March 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tabaco, Province of Albay.
