BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 982

DECLARING TUESDAY, 14 JULY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GUIHULNGAN, NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 14 July 2020, Tuesday, the City of Guihulngan, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark its Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Guihulngan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 14 July 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Guihulngan, Province of Negros Oriental.
