DECLARING THURSDAY, 19 MARCH 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CANLAON, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL
WHEREAS, the City of Canlaon marks the celebration of the “Pasayaw Festival” on Thursday, 19 March 2015;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of ‘Canlaon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 19 March 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Canlaon.
