PROCLAMATION NO. 984

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 22 JULY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, on 22 July 2020, Wednesday, the City of General Santos will mark the celebration of its Indigenous Peoples 6" Blaan Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measure

NOW, THEREFORE,|I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 22 July 2020,| a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
