PROCLAMATION NO. 984

DECLARING FRIDAY, 29 AUGUST 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KUMALARANG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 29 August 2025, Friday, the Municipality of Kumalarang, Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of the Padul-Os Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kumalarang be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 29 August 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kumalarang, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
