BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 986

DECLARING MONDAY, 20 APRIL 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, April 14-20, 2015 marks the celebration of the 17" Charter Anniversary of the City of Tarlac:

WHEREAS, to énable the people of the City of Tarlac to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 20 April 2015 be declared as

a special (non-working) day in lieu of 19 April 2015, the actual anniversary day, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do

hereby declare Monday, 20 April 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
