DECLARING FRIDAY, 15 MAY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE
WHEREAS, Friday, 15 May 2015, marks the commemoration of the Foundation Day of the mother province of Surigao del Norte;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Surigao del Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 15 May 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Surigao del Norte.
