BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 99

DECLARING THURSDAY, MAY 7, 1987, AS "SAN PABLO CITY DAY".

WHEREAS, Thursday, May 7, 1987, marks the 47th Charter Anniversary of the City of San Pablo; and

WHEREAS, the residents of the City of San Pablo should be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, May 7, 1987, as "San Pablo City . Day" pursuant to Section 1 of LOI No. 1087, however, the day shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunta set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
