MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINE PROCLAMATION NO. 99 AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 56, DATED SEPTEMBER 22 1992, WHICH DECLARED SEPTEMBER 25-30, 1992, AND EVERY YEAR THEREAFTER AS THE LINGGO NG KABATAAN IN THE PHILIPPINES By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 56, dated September 22, 1992, which declared the period from September 25 to 30, 1992, and every year thereafter as Linggo ng Kabataan in the Philippines by transferring the cele- bration of Linggo ng Kabataan to the second week of December of every year.
