BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 99

DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 DECEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALVAR, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Malvar was founded by virtue of Executive Order No. 56 which was issued on 16 December 1918;

WHEREAS, on 16 December 2022, Friday, the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 16 December 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas.
