BY THE PRE.SIDENT OF THE PHIUPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 990 CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED AT E. RODRIGUEZ, JR. AVENUE, BARANGAY UGONG NORTE, QUEZON CITY, METRO MANILA, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, Ii GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Park, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regul3tigns, and Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 as amended by Resolution No. 04-295 dated 20 September 2004 and Resolution No. 05- 190 dated 29 June 2005, of the. Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Ai...lthority (PEZA), a parcel of land located at E. Rodriguez, Jr. Avenue, Barangay Ugong Norte, Quezon City, Metro Manila, containing an area of TEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SQUARE METERS AND SEVENTY SQUARE DECIMETERS (10,180.70) more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions: Lot No.5 (LRC) PcS-19846 TCT No. 50813 (227577) A parcel of land (Lot No.5 of the consolidation subdivision plan (LRC) Pcs- 19846, being a portion of Lot 4 (LRC) Pcs-18950, and Lot 49-C-2-B-2-B Psd- 23475, LRC Rec. No. 699, 875 and 917), situated in the Murphy District, Quezon City, Island of Luz~:1 (now Barangay Ugong Norte, Quezon City).
