BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 990

DECLARING MONDAY, 10 AUGUST 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, on 10 August 2020, Monday, the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon, will mark the celebration of Lorenzo Tafada, Sr. Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gumaca, Quezon, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 10 August 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon.
