PROCLAMATION NO. 990

DECLARING FRIDAY, 05 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 05 September 2025, Friday, the City of General Santos, Province of South Cotabato will mark the celebration of the 27'* Tuna Festival:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 05 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos, Province of South Cotabato.
