Manila of jltrA/ /8?tl BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 991 DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2006, AS WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PARANAQUE SPECIAL (NON- WHEREAS, Monday, February 13, 200~', marks the foundation day anniversary of the City of paranaque; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of paranaque be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city's history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, February 13, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the City of Paranaque.
