PROCLAMATION NO. 991

DECLARING MONDAY, 08 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOON, PROVINCE OF BOHOL

WHEREAS, on 08 September 2025, Monday, the Municipality of Loon, Province of Bohol will celebrate the SidlaKasilak Festival or the Festival of Lights;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Loon be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 08 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Loon, Province of Bohol.
