BY THE PRESIDENT OF T"E PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 992 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY WHEREAS, Wednesday, March 8, 2006, marks the 8th Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Compostela Valley; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province's history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
