.., "- ~ -: '" BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 993 DECLARING TUESDAY, MARCH 21, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VICTORIAS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL WHEREAS, Tuesday, March 21, 2006, marks the 8th Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Victorias; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Victorias be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary; by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, March 21, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the City of Victorias.
