BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 993

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 16 DECEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALATAGAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 16 December 2015, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Calatagan, Province of Batangas;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Calatagan, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Wednesday, 16 December 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Calatagan, Province of Batangas.
