DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 MAY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG

WHEREAS, the City of Gingoog marks the celebration of the Lubi-Lubi Festival on Friday, 22 May 2015;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. s

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do

hereby declare Friday, 22 May 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog.
