BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 994

DECLARING SATURDAY, 15 AUGUST 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, on 15 August 2020, Saturday, the Province of Bulacan will mark

the celebration of its founding anniversary; and WHEREAS it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of

Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and

other public health measures, NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary,

by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 15 August 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
