DECLARING THURSDAY, 23 JULY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG

WHEREAS, Thursday, 23 July 2015 marks the commemoration of the Charter Day anniversary of the City of Gingoog;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. “s.

hereby declare Thursday, 23 July 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog.
