BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 998

DECLARING THURSDAY, 27 AUGUST 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MINALIN, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, on 27 August 2020, Thursday, the Municipality of Minalin, Province of Pampanga, will mark the celebration of its 406" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Minalin be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 27 August 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Minalin, Province of Pampanga.
