AN ACT CONVERTING THE EASTERN BOBONGAN - SOMINOT - MIDSALIP - DUMINGAG PROVINCIAL ROAD TRAVERSING THE MUNICIPALITIES OF RAMON MAGSAYSAY, SOMINOT, MIDSALIP AND DUMINGAG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Eastern Bobongan - Sominot - Midsalip - Dumingag Provincial Road traversing the municipalities of Ramon Magsaysay, Sominot, Midsalip and Dumingag, Province of Zamboanga del Sur is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on August 12, 2008 and December 1, 2009, respectively.
