RA 10019 - An Act Converting the Crossing Sta. Clara - Sandayong Road to the Boundary of Zamboanga Del Norte Connecting the Municipality of Naga, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay and the Province of Zamboanga Del Norte Into a National Road
Republic Act No. 10019
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The road which starts from Crossing Sta. Clara - Sandayong to the boundary of Zamboanga del Norte connecting the Municipality of Naga, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay and the Province of Zamboanga del Norte is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
