RA 10042 - An Act Converting the Dapa - Union - Gen. Luna Road, Province of Surigao Del Norte Into a National Secondary Road

Republic Act No. 10042

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The Dapa - Union - Gen. Luna Road, Province of Surigao del Norte is hereby converted into a national secondary road.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
