RA 10075 - An Act Converting the Asuncion - San Isidro, Davao Del Norte - Laak, Compostela Valley - Veruela, Agusan Del Sur Road Section Into a National Secondary Road
Republic Act No. 10075
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Asuncion - San Isidro, Davao del Norte - Laak, Compostela Valley - Veruela, Agusan del Sur Road Section is hereby converted into a national secondary road.
Section 2
The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
