Republic Act No. 10100

AN ACT CONVERTING THE DUMAGUETE CITY - VALENCIA - BACONG PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Dumaguete City - Valencia - Bacong Provincial Road in the Province of Negros Oriental is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on September 1, 2008 and February 1, 2010, respectively.
